Senior Online Product Developer
Develop and manage the marketing function including social media, having the ability to orchestrate every detail and measure/report on results. Focusing on creating social media content which connects with customers and drives acquisition and sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy in line with the business goals and seasonal plans
- Create and implement social media drive with excellent content across multiple platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- Range plan and building skills within Ladieswear
- Measure and analyse the success of campaigns through weekly and monthly reports. Regularly reporting key results and recommendations back to the wider team
- Work with the wider marketing team to produce cohesive tactical cross channel campaigns
- Propose and implement new initiatives and ideas, staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices and technologies
- Commercial awareness- understanding the importance of product selection and the right marketing message
- Self-starter with a proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals who is commercially aware
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
